Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During high volume periods , such has launch days, Holidays and sales, processing may take a little longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100+ in a single checkout. If you do multiple orders, duplicate shipping charges will be refunded.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days with standard shipping.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs or customs fees required upon delivery shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [hello@billiejobloom@outlook.com] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. If tracking shows your order has been delivered but has not arrived, you may need to reach out to your carrier. Billie Jo Bloom is unable to refund or replace parcels marked as delivered, however We'll work with you as much as we can to resolve the issue promptly.
