I'm Billie Jo, founder of Billie Jo Bloom Boutique. My love for fashion and beauty began at a young age—from playing dress-up as a little girl to admiring beautiful pieces while growing up. Even when those special items couldn't always come home, the dream of creating my own style, and one day my own boutique, was always there.

Though my journey may be starting later in life, it's one rooted in passion, purpose, and confidence. Billie Jo Bloom was created to celebrate women of all styles, shapes, and seasons of life.
