Refund policy


At Billie Jo Bloom Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Initiated within 7 days of delivery

    • Once approved, your item must be shipped back within 4 days

    • All approved returns are issued as store credit

    • To ensure fairness, each customer may return up to 6 items a month, additional items would not be approved

    • Each return has to be manually approved by us before sending items back. If shipped before a approval , they would not be approved

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


      Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards

    • Claim  Game items


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
